Contractors are independent businesses, and we can't resolve disputes about their work. If something went wrong:

Start with the contractor. Most issues get resolved directly.
Contact your insurer if the work was part of a claim.
Contact the Idaho Division of Occupational and Professional Licenses (DOPL) about a licensed plumber's conduct or workmanship.
Contact the Idaho Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division for consumer complaints.
